Denim Week | The Distressed Skinny Jeans

Ich bin ein absoluter Jeans-Mensch und danke Levi Strauss für diese geniale Erfindung. Es gibt nämlich nichts gemütlicheres als eine perfekt sitzende Jeans – ja, meiner Meinung nach toppt sie sogar die gute Jogginghose! Denn im Gegensatz zu der Jersey Gammelhose, kann die Jeans eine echt gute Figur machen. Seitdem ich hier in Maastricht wohne und die ganze Zeit mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs bin, bin ich sogar noch mehr auf Hosen angewiesen. Radeln während ich einen Rock trage krieg ich nämlich nicht wirklich hin, vor allem nicht ohne dass dir alle Leute versuchen in den Schritt zu gucken. Ohjeee. Aber zum Glück gibt es heut zu Tage so viele verschiedene Jeans Modelle, darunter auch sehr feminine Schnitte. Deshalb widme ich diese Woche der Jeans und habe zwei Looks für euch vorbereitet. Im heutigen Outfit trage ich eine high-waist skinny Jeans, mein liebstes Modell, kombiniert mit einem monochromen Mantel und Stiefeletten. Insgesamt ein sehr frühlingshafter Look, aber das Wetter ist hier zur Zeit so schön, ich glaube der Frühling lässt sich schon ganz bald richtig blicken.

I am an absolute jeans-person and I thank good old Levi Strauss for this genius invention. There is nothing more comfortable than a perfectly fitting pair of jeans – yea, I think it even tops the jogging pants! Because in contrast to these loose sweat pants, jeans can actually make your legs looks great. Plus, since I live here in Maastricht and need to ride my bike all the time, I have to rely on pants even more. Biking and wearing a skirt does not really work out for me, but fortunately there are so many different jeans styles these days, among which you find some really feminine cuts. So, due to all of this love directed towards denim, I decided to dedicate this week to the jeans and have prepared two denim looks for you. In today’s outfit I am wearing my favorite jeans model, the high-waist skinny jeans, combined with a monochrome coat and booties. It’s a really nice look for spring, and when looking outside my window now, I feel like spring is coming very, very soon.
