A dream in Royal Blue – Wearing a Nicole Bakti Dress

New York was good to me – in fact, it was really good to me. Only being there 10 days, I was contacted already by quite a few brands for collaborations. Unexpectedly, among them was Nicole Bakti, a brand that sells beautiful dresses, worn by many reality TV stars on US television. Those of you who follow me on Instastories probably have seen how I went to their showroom in NYC and tried on a couple of their amazing dresses. Choosing my favorite was really the hardest decision… but eventually my heart went for this beautiful Nicole Bakti dress in royal blue with a golden belt. I do not have a special occasion in mind yet when to actually wear this dress, but Im sure some person I know will get married one day, haha. So at least I wanted to take some photos of this beautiful piece and the first location that came to my mind was the Museum Island in Berlin with its impressive cathedral – and I must say, it turned out to be just the right place to shoot this dress! I am super happy about how the pictures turned out and we were so lucky with the weather, too. It was really the first warmer day after a while of cold and rainy days. Plus I got my hair done that day, eventually went back to fully brunette … let’s see for how long though :)

So thanks again to Nicole Bakti for making me feel like a princess!

By the way, I just realized that exactly one year ago I did a similar photoshoot in a red dress in Sydney! The dress wasn’t as high quality as this Nicole Bakti dress, but it was one of the best shooting locations I have ever taken any photos at – Sydney Town Hall :) See the post here in case you missed it! Btw… totally missing my long hair – note to self: never cut it again.
