C&A Showroom Spring/Summer 2016

Letze Woche Donnerstag wurde ich von C&A nach Berlin zum Spring/Summer 2016 Showroom eingeladen und ich muss zugeben, das Timing hätte nicht besser sein können! Ich hatte gerade die letzte Klausur geschrieben und war sowas von ready für meine Rückkehr in die soziale Welt. Also ging es auf nach Berlin – ich hatte diese Stadt so sehr vermisst nachdem ich das letzte mal Sommer 2014 dort war für die Fashionweek. Ich werde Berlin wohl immer mit der Fashionwelt verbinden, und deshalb bin ich immer wieder so aufgeregt dort hin zu gehen. Das Event fand im Café Moskau statt. Vor Ort waren Presseleute, Blogger und Designer aus ganz Europa sowie viele Vertreter von C&A und Clockhouse. Wir wurden in Gruppen eingeteilt und dann durch das Gebäude geführt, um in jedem Raum einen anderen Teil der Kollektion zu entdecken. Diese wurde dann von Designern persönlich vorgestellt, was super interessant war, denn sonst kriegt man ja nie die Gedanken hinter einem Kleidungsstück mit. Ein Großteil der Kollektion war übrigens vom Orient inspiriert. Vor allem mochte ich den Schmuck und die Accessoires. Orientalische Elemente haben sich unter anderem auch in der Deko widergespiegelt und im leckeren Abendessen ;) – Also ganz mein Ding! Es war auf jeden Fall ein tolles Event mit viel Liebe zum Detail, und für mich zusätzlich eine super Abwechslung zum stressigen Unialltag.

Die Kollektion wird es vorraussichtlich ab März 2016 in den Läden geben!

EN: Last week thursday I was invited by C&A to their Spring/Summer 2016 Showroom in Berlin and I must admit, the timing could not have been any better! I just finished my last exam and was definitely ready for my return to social life. So, I was really exited to to travel over to Berlin – I missed this city so much since I have visited it back in summer 2014 for FashionWeek. I will probably always connect Berlin to the Fashion World, and that’s why I love it so much there I guess. The event took place at Café Moskau. International press, bloggers and designers were invited and also many representatives of C&A and Clockhouse were there. We were divided in different groups in which we were guided through several rooms where parts of the new collection were personally presented to us by the designers. I really liked this concept as you often do not know much about the thoughts of the designers and the intention behind creating a certain piece of clothing. A large part of the collection was inspired by the orient, which was also reflected in the lovely decoration and the amazing dinner ;) – absolutely my thing! I mostly liked the accessories and jewelry, so Im really looking forward to it. All together, it was a lovely event where a lot of people put great effort into the little details, plus it was a perfect break from uni-life.

The collection will be available from march 2016 in all C&A and Clockhouse stores.
